-- FINAL Style Guide and Client Site--
Your final project includes two sites:
Sites will be graded on lean, valid structure, accessible (XHTML), appropriate and unique presentation (CSS), unobtrusive behavior (JavaScript), functioning navigation, as well as, proper grammar, spelling and professional content.
CSS must use well organized using environmental style, relative units for typography and include a print stylesheet. CSS must also include structural comments, top comment block with date or version number, author, email, and follow a structural rather than presentational organization style.
What is a WEB STYLE GUIDE?
- "A web style guide is a key deliverable at the end of a website design/redesign process. What is included in a WEB STYLE GUIDE?
- Your Style Guide should be the index.html page in the root of your FTP folder. Your Style Guide should include the following:
- Information Architecture Guidelines
- Coding and Standards Guidelines
- Typography Styles and Branding Guidelines
- Templates/CSS downloads
- Resources
Site must be complete and ready for approval by client. Site structure, design and development must reflect completed Phase sections and planning decisions approved by client. Modifications from original plan must be approved by client.
Your Client sites must be loaded and functioning on the FTP server in order to receive a passing grade and should show a logical and organized progression from Phase 1 to Phase 5.

NOTES:
- Make at lease one BACKUP of your work on CD!!
- Late projects will not be accepted. Your site should be finished and uploaded to the FTP server. You will not have time in class to upload your files. UPLOAD BEFORE YOU COME TO CLASS (instructions).
- The Rubric that will be used to grade your project has been defined. Please read it before turning in your project.
