Create one HTML page using the XHTML-Strict Doctype. Please embed your CSS in the head of the document for easier previewing. Using named HTML divisions (div) and corresponding CSS, create a centered, fixed, two-column layout with a header and footer. For each division, set the CSS background color and add dummy HTML content. Remember to follow web standards and validate your code before submitting your exam. Follow this example.
