Preparing your files
Image and Text Compositions
When you have completed your (8) compositions, save each as a PDF from Photoshop. File > Save As > Photoshop PDF (from the Format dropdown).
Front Cover, Back Cover, Vision Statement
You may choose to layout your front cover and back cover in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or by hand and scan. Save as a PDF.
If you want to assemble your Front Cover and Back Cover in Flipsnack, have your creative vision statement (artist statement, designer statement, mission statement, manifesto) available to copy and paste, along with any images you’d like to include.
Creating a Flipbook in Flipsnack

- You should have (8) compositions, a front cover and a back cover, including your vision statement.
- Add a Front Cover with the title “Ways of Seeing” and your name/pseudonym. (You may choose to add an image to the cover, but make sure there is good contrast between the text and image. Your title and name should be legible!)
